Welcome Baby Noah

Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful mothers out there.  The wife of a friend of mine at work welcomed a baby boy on Cinco de Mayo Saturday.  Talk about a fabulous Mother's Day gift!  LOL! There's nothing like celebrating the birth of a baby!  I don't get to make baby cards too often and it was so much fun.  I love the color combination of blue and brown together.

The stamp I used was a digital stamp called 'Baby Shower' from Meljens Designs and it was colored with Copic markers.  The sentiment is from 'Big Words and Handy Additions' by AmyR Stamps from All That Scraps.  The papers are from the 'New Addition' collection from Pebbles.  The wood alphabet tiles are from Bottle Cap, Inc.  If you look closely you can also see some twine in the background under the main image and it's from Doodlebug.  Glue dots, pop dots and adhesive from my ATG gun will keep everything in place!

I'm entering this card in the following card challenges:

Papertake Weekly - Cute, Cute, Cute
Whimsy Stamps - Make It Pop
Diva by Design - One for the Boys
Wishcraft Waste Not Wednesday - using neglected and forgotten stash
Lily Pad Challenge - Rainy Day
Everybody Art challenge - Baby

Thanks for stopping by -

    1. My friend at work just LOVED it too. He and his wife have a Cricut and were making their thank you cards, etc. for baby gifts. When he opened my card he came running to my desk and said 'Way to put us to shame'....too funny!!! I received a thank you card from Baby Noah telling me his parents were going to frame the card for him.
